"SCAM** buyer beware"
AYPO should not be considered a legitimate certificate course. They are clearly taking people’s money and not delivering from their end. I am currently in contact with the Oregon real estate and licensing commission to have them investigated and removed from the course list. Do not waste your time or money like I did.

"License got deactivated due to AYPO teams negligence"
Stay away from AYPO and their programs. I recently enrolled for the real esate continued edcation through AYPO. Even after completing the class and exams and receiving a certificate their team NEVER reported the required education completion to DBPR and thus my license became inactive. There was no word of apology or remorse from the team. When called the customer care the support team came up with lame excuses. 10 days in to the exam and the passing was not reported.
The AYPO website mentions 3-5 business days for regular reporting and an additional $ 30 for next business day expediated reporting. Even after paying for expediated reporting the course completion was never reported till this review .
AYPO IS HORRIBLE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!

"This course is terrible"
This course is terrible. If you get a few answers wrong, (and trust me, the questions ain't simple), you gotta redo the whole timed section. It took me way longer to finish compared to any other class I've been in. It's like a factory for education that really oughta be crossed off your list. Plus, the guy who sold me the course claimed the credits would count for my appraisal license renewal too. Turns out that was a total lie. All I can do now is give a heads up to others.

"Generic School Lacks Real-World Experience"
Meh... The AYOP platform has a bunch of exams available. I really should've gone with a dedicated site for real estate, 'cause the AYOP folks just don’t have the industry know-how. For instance, they wanted my thoughts on the course, and I gave 'em some constructive criticism about how they presented certain terms on their test. There was this one scenario about discount points on a mortgage. A rep even shot me an email saying: One percent is NOT one point.
This right here shows the major issue with AYOP. (Just look up what a loan point means.) It seems like they’ve read a ton of books on the topic and created course materials, but they don’t really grasp the practical side of things. This results in exam questions that are confusing and some teaching that’s just plain wrong.
If I had the chance to do it again, I’d pick an online school that’s got real estate roots instead of this generic 'learn at your own pace' setup.

"Poor course and ridiculous questions in Agency part"
To tackle their queries, you gotta recall not just the material, but also the numbers of Public Acts and tables from the Agency course. The Financing/Mortgage section is nicely put together, and the instructor really knows their stuff.
"terrible classes"
these classes are just awful. total time wasters, can you believe you wrap up a class and after 30 hours discover they ain't recognized?
